A harmonious blend of urban living and natural beauty in Durrës Nestled in the Mediterranean city of Durrës, Sky-K Tower innovative residential architecture. Designed by Selgascano and FRPO, the project is strategically placed behind Rruga Taulantia, a street recently transformed into a linear sea park. The design emphasizes minimal footprint, allowing the ground floor to flourish as a vibrant Mediterranean garden, enhancing the local urban fabric. The architectural form is characterized by two slender towers, each resembling a chimney, painted in distinct colors to evoke the city’s industrial heritage. These towers rise from an oval-shaped podium supported by six concrete columns, creating a sense of lightness and elegance. The façade, with its undulating concrete texture, is punctuated by round terraces that offer unobstructed views of the Adriatic Sea, Durrës Port, and the surrounding hills. The terraces are ingeniously designed without visible glass, promoting natural ventilation and offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The building accommodates a variety of apartment sizes and typologies, ensuring diverse living options for its residents. Sky-K Tower enriches it, promising to become a landmark in Durrës.
