Located near Lake Farka, the project benefits from the area's natural beauty and clean air, offering a serene environment just 6 km from the city center. The design emphasizes minimal land use, with only 30% of the site covered by the building footprint, allowing for expansive green spaces and pedestrian-friendly areas devoid of vehicular traffic. The residential units are standardized one-bedroom apartments, each 45 m², with communal facilities on the ground floor to foster social interaction. Orientation plays a crucial role in the design, with a preference for southeast and south-facing units to maximize natural light, while ensuring that even east and west orientations provide adequate lighting.
