Story

A harmonious blend of modernity and heritage along Berlin's waterfront The Havelufer Quartier project, designed by JWA Berlin, introduces three new residential buildings into the historic fabric of Berlin. Situated near the water, the development comprises 96 residential units and a shared underground car park. The design redefines the outdoor spaces of the listed Havelufer Quartier complex, creating a dialogue between the new and the old. The buildings' slightly angled east and west facades maximize views of the Havel River, offering residents a connection to the natural surroundings. The apartments range from one to five rooms, each featuring a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining space. Generous window areas ensure ample natural light and ventilation, while each unit includes a loggia along the balcony band, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.
