Situated on plot 136 in Chiasso, this two-story building replaces a pre-existing structure and introduces a harmonious blend of administrative offices and operational facilities. The building's longitudinal design is set back from the road, creating a verdant public space that enhances the urban landscape while providing a tranquil outlook for its occupants.
