A transformative dining experience in Valencia In Valencia, Spain, Baovan emerges as a unique culinary destination, designed by Clap Studio to transport diners through a sequence of immersive environments. Inspired by the adventurous travels of its founders, the restaurant captures the essence of a beach sunset, offering a sensory journey from forest to sea. The experience begins with a light green facade that introduces the 'forest' theme, where ropes hang from the ceiling, evoking dense vegetation. This transitional space invites guests to leave the urban landscape behind. As diners move further, sandy-colored walls and a cloud-like ceiling recreate a beach atmosphere, with light playing across the surfaces to mimic the changing sky. The centerpiece of Baovan is a half-moon-shaped screen, programmed by Vitamin Studio, which simulates a sunset throughout the dinner service. This dynamic installation shifts the mood of the room, enhancing the dining experience with its evolving colors. A private dining area for ten extends the celestial theme, transitioning from sunset to moonlight, with circular forms echoing the shape of bao buns.
