The development comprises 43 public protection housing units, strategically divided into two distinct volumes, each with its own character and spatial orientation. The Brotad building, with its vertical emphasis, aligns along Carrer de Brotad and Plaça de Can Ribes. It features a ground floor and three upper levels, with terraces that offer views into an interior square, fostering a sense of community among residents. The Tous building, in contrast, adopts a horizontal layout along Carrer de Tous and Carrer de Ferriol. This structure is more intimate, with ground floor terraces providing direct street access, enhancing the connection between private and public realms.
