A Coastal Retreat in Santa Rosa Beach Nestled in the serene landscape of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Kate’s House personal architecture. Designed by Jennifer Bonner of MALL for her mother, this coastal home embodies a unique blend of familial warmth and architectural innovation. The house is a reflection of both the natural surroundings and the personal narrative of its inhabitants. The design of Kate’s House is characterized by its thoughtful integration with the coastal environment. The structure employs materials that resonate with the beachside locale, creating a seamless dialogue between the built and natural environments. The use of large windows and open spaces allows for an abundance of natural light, enhancing the airy, tranquil atmosphere within.
