An architectural landmark fostering community and living spaces
Located at the intersection of Schwandstrasse and Kirchweg, this project the heart of Alosen with a multi-purpose hall and residential building. The design strategically opens up a new village square, fostering community interaction and accessibility.
The multi-purpose hall is prominently oriented on three sides, creating a dynamic interaction with the surrounding streetscape. A generous foyer extends towards the forecourt, leading visitors along Schwandstrasse to the rear staircase and ancillary spaces. This spatial organization ensures seamless access while maintaining a strong architectural presence.
Private apartments are accessed from the north, distinctly separating public and private domains. This thoughtful design allows for flexible use of the vestibule, enhancing the adaptability of the space. The upper floors house spacious apartments overlooking the village square and outdoor amenities, integrating residential life with community activities.
